The Nederlandsche Cocaïnefabriek (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈneːdərlɑntsə koːkaːˈinəfaːˌbrik]; English: Dutch Cocaine Factory) or NCF was an Amsterdam-based company producing cocaine for health uses in the 20th century. It imported its materials mainly from the Dutch East Indies.

History

In 1875, the first coca plants were transported from Brazil. After some time, production started in Java for money. Coca leaves were bought, mainly to Germany, through the Koloniale Bank in Amsterdam.
