Off Beat is a 1986 American romantic comedy movie directed by Michael Dinner and stars Judge Reinhold, Meg Tilly, John Turturro, Clevant Derricks, Harvey Keitel, Joe Mantegna, Anthony Zerbe, Chris Noth and Mike Starr. It was distributed by Touchstone Pictures.
The story is about a librarian who falls in love with a girl and imitates a police officer to impress her.
