Oghenetejiri Adejenughure (born February 4, 2007) is an Austrian footballer. He plays as forward for FC Liefering in the Austrian Second league.
Career
[change | change source]Adejenughure started his career at First Vienna FC. In September 2018 he moved to SK Rapid Vienna. In February 2021 he moved to the FC Red Bull Salzburg academy. There he went through all age levels. For the 2024/25 season Adejenughure moved into the squad of FC Liefering. [1] He made his debut in the 2nd league in August 2024 . He came in as a substitute for Tim Trummer in the 81st minute against First Vienna FC. [2]
International
[change | change source]Adejenughure played for an Austrian youth national team for the first time in November 2021. In 2024 he took part in the European Championships with the U-17 team. Adejenughure played in all four of the Austrians' games and scored four goals. In September 2024 he debuted for the U19 team in a friendly match versus Belgium. [3]
