Omar Domingo Rubens Graffigna (2 April 1926 – 9 December 2019) was an Argentine Air Force officer. He served in the second military junta of the National Reorganization Process dictatorship. Alongside Reynaldo Bignone, he was one of the last surviving members of the dictatorship.

On 8 September 2016 he was sentenced to 25 years' imprisonment for crimes during the dictatorship.[2]

Graffigna died in Buenos Aires on 9 December 2019 at the age of 93.[3]
