The Penang Mutiara Beach Resort is an abandoned luxury hotel on the “glowing bay” beach in Teluk Bahang, Penang, Malaysia. The 15-story building is about 56.64 meters tall. It is owned by Tradewinds Corp Bhd,[1] previously known as Pernas International Holdings Bhd. Famous guests included the Sultan of Selangor[2] and former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.[3]
