Philipp Wiesinger (born May 23, 1994 in Salzburg) is an Austrian football player. He plays as defender for the Bundesliga club FK Austria Wien.

Wiesinger began his career at ASVÖ FC Puch. In 2006 he moved to the youth team of FC Red Bull Salzburg. Then he moved to the clubs acedademy. In May 2012 he made his debut for the Salzburg amateurs. This was his only appearance of the season. For the 2012/13 season he moved to the 3rd league team USK Anif. 2013/14 season he played for FC Liefering. He made his debut in the second division in September 2013 against SV Mattersburg. [1]In the following match day he scored his first second division goal in a 4-2 win against SV Horn. In the 2014/15 season he played 31 games for Liefering. After another 14 appearances in the 2015/16 season, he moved to league rivals LASK in January 2016.

He didn't make any appearances there until the end of the season due to injury. Nevertheless, he was permanently signed in May 2016. [2] He made his comeback after an injury break of several months in October 2016 for the amateurs in the regional league. In the same month he played for LASK in the second division for the first time against SC Wiener Neustadt. With the professionals he was promoted to the Bundesliga at the end of the season.

After promotion, he made his debut in the Bundesliga in September 2017. He was in the starting line-up against Red Bull Salzburg on matchday eleven of the 2017/18 season. [3]After the 2023/24 season he left LASK after more than eight years. He then moved to the Young Violets Austria Wien for the 2024/25 season. In August 2024 he played for the professionals for the first time in the ÖFB Cup against ASKÖ Oedt.
