Revaz Gabriadze

Revaz "Rezo" Gabriadze (Georgian: რევაზ [რეზო] გაბრიაძე; 29 June 1936 – 6 June 2021)[1] was a Georgian filmmaker, playwright, writer, painter, and sculptor. He was born in Kutaisi, Georgian SSR. He was known for writing the screenplays of Passport, Kin-dza-dza!, Mimino and Don't Grieve.

Gavriadze died on 6 June 2021 in Tbilisi, Georgia just three weeks before his 85th birthday.[2]
