Ricardo Jerome "Ricky" Bordallo (/bərˈdæljoʊ/; December 11, 1927 – January 31, 1990) was an American politician and businessman. He was the Governor of Guam from 1975 to 1979 and from 1983 to 1987.
Bordallo shot himself on January 31, 1990 in Agana, Guam while facing criminal charges, aged 62.[1]
