Riley McGowan Moore[1] (born July 1, 1980)[2][3] is an American politician who is the member of the U.S. House of Representatives for West Virginia's 2nd congressional district since 2025. He was the West Virginia State Treasurer from 2021 to 2025. He is a member of the Republican Party.

His aunt is U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito and his grandfather was Governor Arch Moore.[4]
