Ronald Dwayne Pitts (born October 14, 1962) is a retired American football player. After he stopped playing football, he became a sportscaster. Pitts played defensive back for the Buffalo Bills and the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the UCLA Bruins.
Pitts was drafted by the Bills in 1985. After retiring, he has worked as a sportscaster for Fox Sports on its NFL coverage. He has also been the host of Destroyed in Seconds and calls college football games for the Pac-12 Network. Pitts started color commentator and sideline reporting before doing play-by-play. He also provided color commentary for ABC College Football. Pitts hosted Total Access before NFL Network began using a program called NFL Total Access. He also hosts NFL Under the Helmet.
