Roxanne Trunnell (born April 26, 1985) is an American Paralympic equestrian. She won three medals at the 2020 Summer Paralympics. She also got a gold medal at 2020 Summer Paralympics. She got a bronze medal in the team open event.[1]

Trunnell has H1N1 virus.[2] This is what made Trunnell be in a wheelchair.[2]
