Sodhi (Punjabi: ਸੋਢੀ) is a caste of Punjabi speaking Jats[1] and Hindu Khatri[2] originated from the Indian Punjab. Seven of the Sikh Gurus, from Guru Ram Das to Guru Gobind Singh were of Sodhi surname.[3][4][need quotation to verify]
