Spice was the first album by English girl group the Spice Girls. It was released in Japan, Canada and the United Kingdom in 1996, and later in the United States in 1997. It was the most successful album by a girl group ever. It sold 23 million copies around the world.[1]

There were five songs that were very successful from this album. The most successful was "Wannabe", which went to No. 1 on many music charts around the world.[2]
