Sultan Ali Keshtmand (Persian: سلطانعلی کشتمند; born May 22, 1935), sometimes transliterated Kishtmand, was an Afghan politician. He was the Chairman[broken anchor] of the Council of Ministers twice during the 1980s, from 1981 to 1988 and from 1989 to 1990 in the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan.[1]
