Hello all,
This page has been vandalized a few times, by IP editors. I know that U.S. elections are coming up; Mrs. Barrett has been nominated as a candidate for the U.S Supreme Court, as a replacement of Mrs. Bader-Ginsburg, who died recently. It is my firm opinion, that SEWP shouldn't be too political. For this reason, I have protected this page, so that only autoconfirmed users can edit it. To all unconfirmed/unnamed editors: Please discuss the changes you want to make on this talk page, and an autoconfirmed user can make them, once everyone agrees. As I don't know the exact date, the vote on Mrs. Barrett will take place, I have protected the page for a month. Note: I am in favor of freedom of expression, and it irks me that I have to protect the page; but looking at the changes made recently, most were non-consructive (or reverting a non-constructive change). Autoconfirmed editors: be sure that your change is as unbiased as possible; in the case of controversial statements, adding a reliable sourve helps too. --Eptalon (talk) 14:05, 26 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
