- I can fix this. Please try not to use semicolons here. It's usually better to split the sentences. However, a semicolon should only be used if each part is a separate sentence. "One amino acid on each side of a peptide bond" is not a sentence on its own, so it should be preceded by a colon, not a semicolon. Lights and freedom (talk) 22:32, 20 March 2023 (UTC)
