Wrong! ${\frac {a}{b}}={a}\cdot {b^{-1}}$ where $\,{b^{-1}=c}$ is such a number, that:

${b}\cdot {c}=1$

For example in $\,{Z_{7}}$ (a field of {0,1,2,3,4,5,6}):

${\frac {3}{5}}={3}\cdot {5^{-1}}={3}\cdot {3}=2$

Merge
