I don't like how you said that the word "retarded" is still used in the USA. You make it sound like the US is a rude and relentless country, and you make it sound like the United States uses the word "retarded" medically. I am offended by this, and I also must point out how very wrong you are. The word "Down Syndrome" is the medical term used in the United States, and it is a very derrogetory thing to say here as well. It is very rude, and people don't use it unless they are attempting to insult someone, which is the case in any other english speaking country. Please think and look things up before you assume.
