Certain diseases change the way the brain works. This may lead to people being more or less disabled. However, the disease may have changed the way their brain works. They may be able to recognise patterns very well. I think one of the diseases I had in mind was linked to autism; some autistic people can recognise patterns very well. --Eptalon 15:26, 8 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
