The word Romanian people and Romani people, sounds very similar and often are mistaken.

Romani people is a english term. Maybe it derives from the Romanlar in Turkey? This are the only group who called itself Romanlar/Roman instead of Roma.

But Roma is the international word, used by the roma people itself. Rom means Man/Husband while Romli or Romni means (Woman/Housewife). Romanes or Romani is named the language.

Can we changend the page name to Roma people back ?

Browsing this page, there is a very obviously A.I. generated image here. Perhaps I am mistaken about the art or Wikipedia's policy, but this seems like it ought be changed or removed. However if I am wrong, enlighten me! Epidemic7 (talk) 17:51, 16 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
