Statement requires a source

"An example of a company trying to come up with a new service for customers is iCard"

Sorry I am rather new to this but surely this statement requires a source? What even is iCard? Seems like a brand which is rather off topic and a bit self promotional without a source.

Example image racist

The example image of people asking for tips uses blatantly racist caricatures of black people. Surely there is a better example that can be used?
