Tampines North MRT station (CR6)[1] is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Cross Island MRT line. The station is in Tampines, Singapore.[2][3][4]
History
[change | change source]The distance between this station and the next station, Defu, is the furthest between any two stations on the MRT Network. The station was first announced on 25 January 2019, as part of the Cross Island Line (CRL). Construction will start in 2020 and expected to be completed by 2029.[3]
