Finland[1] uses Eastern European Time (EET) (UTC+02:00) in the winter and Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) (UTC+03:00) during the summer. Finland has observed daylight saving time (DST) since 1981 advancing the clock at 03:00 EET on the last Sunday in March and back at 04:00 EET on the last Sunday in October.[2]
