Tornado outbreak of June 16–18, 2014

The June 16–18, 2014 tornado outbreak was an incident in which several strong tornadoes cut through Nebraska. Other tornadoes also affected Wisconsin, Montana, Ontario and South Dakota.^[1] A preliminary rating of the strongest tornadoes was EF4 (winds between 166 and just under 200 mph).^[2] There were two deaths from the tornado incident, both in Nebraska.^[3] 16 people were critically injured in the storms.^[3]
