Frank Amodeo is an American businessman. In 2009 he was sentenced to 22 years in prison.[1] [2] He had a world conquest plan and later became a major prisoner rights advocate[2].

He argued that because he has bipolar disorder, his charges should be voided.[3] He argued that his tax charges were the responsibility of a lesser employee who he trusted to follow the law and keep him in check with his condition.[2] The Orlando Sentinel [en] described him as wanting to achieve world domination [en].[4] He wanted to found the "Terran Empire".[5]

He was disbarred as a bankruptcy lawyer in 1994 for mishandling a client's funds.[6][2] He now works as a prison reform advocate, specifically focusing on helping free people who were unjustly imprisoned, he considers himself to have been such a victim.[7][2] He was responsible for the release of American fraudster Matthew Cox [en] in 2019.[2]
