Fambong Lho Wildlife Sanctuary at an altitude of 2433m (7980ft) which is located in the East Sikkim district of the state of Sikkim in India. The election constituency of this are falls under the Kabi Lungchok (Vidhan Sabha Constituency). The word Tinjurey or Teenjurey has been derived from the Nepali language "Teen" meaning "three" and "Jurey" meaning "the crest of a hill" because at the top, the hill bifurcates into three peaks therefore giving it the name "Teenjurey".
