RfD nomination of Template:Template rating

(talk page watcher) @Elinamomoh: There were no comments on the RFD. When that happens, we do what's called a soft delete. You could have commented on the RFD before it was closed, but since there were no comments, Djsasso did the standard procedure of deleting.
