Huntington is a city in Cabell County and Wayne County [1] in the U.S. state of West Virginia. It is the county seat of Cabell County.
Huntington is the second largest city in West Virginia, with a population of 46,842 at the 2020 census.[2] It is one of the central cities of the Huntington–Ashland metropolitan area. As of the 2020 census, this had a population of 376,155.
