The Optare Tempo is a single-decker body of a bus. It has a low-floor. It has been been made from 2005 to 2017 by Optare.

In 2017, The Optare Tempo was replaced by the Optare MetroCity.

The first generation Optare Tempo was made from 2004 to 2013

It was made in different lengths, the lengths are: 10.6 metres,[1] 11.3 metres,[1] 12.0 metres[1] and 12.6 metres.[1]

The second generation Optare Tempo was made from 2011[2] to 2017

It was made in different lengths, the lengths were: 10.7 metres,[3] 11.5 metres[3] and 12.2 metres.[3]

In Australia, Carbridge and Park Ridge Transit ordered Tempo SRs.[4][5][6]
