Thankspam
[change source]Thank you for voting in my recent RfA. Unfortunately, I have decided to withdraw from the RfA due to concerns brought up in the oppose votes. The final tally was 4 supports and 6 opposes. I would like to thank American Eagle for the nomination. Razorflame 22:09, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
Note
[change source]I have no idea who you are, but thanks for all your great comments around this project as of late. Hope you stick around. Majorly talk 20:11, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
ok
[change source]Well, I know it looks bad but it's not meatpuppetry or anything cause we're helping each other out. I suggested the idea to him, he decided to present it to the en community, he was his idea for the credit, I personally would rather do with out the credit for the proxying reason, which it's not, en tends to blow things like this out of proportion to get people in trouble, well, that's their problem.-- Chris†ianMan16 t c r 23:02, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
- And further, this could fall under the "unless" part of the first sentence here.-- Chris†ianMan16 t c r 23:06, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
- Even if he is not technically proxying, you are in breach of the spirit of the policies and are hampering your own attempt to return to EN Soup Dish (talk) 02:13, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
My RfB
[change source]Dear Soup Dish, thank you for participating in my RfB, which ended with a tally of 21/5. I appreciate your comments and will do my best in this new role. Thanks. Chenzw Talk 08:02, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
En.wiki account
[change source]Hi, do you happen to have an account over on Enwiki? Majorly talk 18:04, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
- Yes. But in answer to your next question, "no". I prefer to keep separate accounts for separate projects, less hassle that way! Soup Dish (talk) 18:07, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
- Odd. I'd have thought having the same account would be less hassle (it's so easy with SUL). Majorly talk 18:11, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
Oh-
[change source]-Sorry. Didn't realize. His contrib link was blue; not red. Stoopid me, user account creation log. ←Kalajan→ 17:09, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
Thanks
[change source]
Just a note to say thanks, Soup Ḍish, for your comments and vote in my RFB which closed as successful with 25 supports and no opposes. It is my second unanimous request, which I find astounding. In my previous thanks (from where I stole the code for this one) I promised you I would do my best as an admin. I promise I will continue to do my best as an editor, admin and 'crat, and I won't let you down! Thanks again, Kennedy (talk) 20:57, 23 February 2009 (UTC) |
Re: from Razorflames talk page
[change source]Please don't accuse me of this nonsense. Even if I did this, that was a very long time ago and I dont edit at en anymore, especially you accusing me of 'biting', 'trolling' and 'incivility' right here and now, is what you're doing to me right now. Consider this your first warning. - Æåm Fætsøn /ˈaɪæm ˈfætsən/ 02:45, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- Whatever I do at any other wiki should be unrelated to here and you should stop treating me as a criminal or branding me one for life, because I haven't even been blocked or banned there. Don't you know what forgiving is? Can't I ever be an admin here? That is bad evidence, from the start of my en career, many months ago. Saying that 'I could go on' is just the lowest you can get, and if you do ever run for adminship, I'd forever oppose for those very reasons. You'd better watch your fingers from now on. - Æåm Fætsøn /ˈaɪæm ˈfætsən/ 02:59, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- I've left Æåm Fætsøn a note about these messages. Either way (talk) 03:07, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
(un)Enough. Now. Soup Dish, you're not innocent here. Æåm Fætsøn did not request adminship, he was asked if he wanted a nom. His history here (as far as I can see) is spotless, so much so that a user offered to nominate him for adminship. Everyone makes mistakes. Your comments were not necessary, especially in the form they took. I actually agree with Æåm Fætsøn, I'd say you were 'biting', 'trolling' and '[uncivil]'. Civility is a two-way thing. In order for someone to be civil, you need to be civil to them. You are quite entitled to your opinion, however bringing up comments such as this before the admin nomination was accepted is definately not acceptable. This is the second time you have done so. Please do not conduct a witchhunt on someone you do not disagree with. This is what Oppose is for. Consider this your first warning. Regards, Kennedy 09:17, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
- Apologies, I have struck part of my comment, I got mixed up with names. Kennedy 09:32, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
- I appreciate your comments, but I disagree with nearly everything you say. It would be far easier if troublemakers from other projects were automatically banned here. If a person goes on a gun rampage in America, should they be given a gun in the UK? Soup Dish (talk) 11:21, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
- There was a big discussion about this, general consensus is that the person be given one chance (one strike and you're out). Your comparison doesn't work here, no, the person would not be given a gun, but this is only Wikipedia. There is no threats on lives here, so don't exaggerate. Everything Æåm Fætsøn did here was good. He did not vandalise, troll or bite here, so, you should not have jumped in with a list of "proof" that Æåm Fætsøn is not to be trusted. I have responded to your opposing remarks. Would you care to respond? obentomusubi 00:12, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
Brave move...

It's obvious you have an agenda here to offend people. FInd somewhere else to do it. this is your ;ast warning. Blockinblox - talk 19:51, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
- This is absolutely preposterous! Where is your consensus? This is an encyclopedia. It is not censored. Don't give last warnings out to good editors. PeterSymonds (talk) 19:53, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
- Yes, this is an encyclopedia, not a place to preach nastiness. There is no consensus to put pornography here, and never has been. Blockinblox - talk 19:54, 27 March 2009 (UTC)

- Sorry but ";ast warning", my arse. This Wikipedia is not censored and for an administrator to claim per above is a disgrace. This is unacceptable in the extreme. Simple English does not equate to naive and censored Wikipedia. The Rambling Man (talk) 01:42, 28 March 2009 (UTC)

I left you a message on my RfA, but I'm not sure if you ever read it. It seems I need to be more careful with the words I use to make sure I don't give the wrong impression. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Best regards, EhJJTALK 05:17, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
